The goal of the Heritage Kids Ministry is to come alongside parents in building an UNSHAKEABLE and lasting FOUNDATION in Christ for their children. As we partner to teach children the true and living Word of God they will be transformed by Christ’s love, grow daily in a close, personal relationship with Him, and constantly seeking His will for their lives.

Meet the Team
Christina McDonald, HKids Director K-3rd
Christina McDonald serves as the Heritage kids Director. Christina grew up in Dallas, Texas and has been attending Heritage ever since she and her family moved here in 2022. She graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in counseling in 2012 and married her husband Levi in 2014. Christina and Levi have loved serving at Heritage in various areas, and she has especially enjoyed being part of the worship team. Together, Christina and Levi have four Children: Audra, Adelaide, Charlotte, and Theo. Christina has been homeschooling her kids since 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing and watercolor painting, roller coasters, gardening, and garage sales. Christina is excited to be part of raising the next generation to know and follow Jesus!
Ashley Link, Nursery and Preschool Director
Ashley Link is the Nursery and Preschool director. She and her husband, Kyle, have been members of Heritage since 2014. They have enjoyed finding different areas of the church to serve in over the years; Ashley volunteering in the nursery and Kyle on the worship team. They were married in 2008 and together have 4 children: Maddy, Hudson, Liberty and Jubilee. Ashley is a homeschool graduate herself, and has been homeschooling her kids since 2016. She also has a small business making clay and resin jewelry. Other hobbies she enjoys are hiking, baking, gardening, thrifting, and jiu jitsu.
